Easy to take minerals
I love these easy to take minerals. They contain magnesium, potassium, plus a whole sea salt complex. This is much more than a few added minerals.

Wanted To Try These...
Instead of the liquid. They don't seem as potent. Will not order again!

Happy to see trace minerals in capsule form...
Taking trace minerals in liquid form can taste super bad in water so I was happy to see that trace minerals are now available in capsule form. This is a big bottle and will go a long way. Trace minerals fill up the cracks of what may be missing in the diet and they do a great job of balancing the body out to help it run more efficiently. These capsules have the same ingredients as my liquid trace minerals with the exception of 72 added elements/minerals instead of 79 with my liquid. I don't know what that difference may be. Either way these are great to have around the house for those who may get overheated in the summer sun or just need help to recover from exhaustion, dehydration, etc. I will recommend to everyone.

Good way to get magnesium
We've been using Trace Minerals for years and always have been satisfied with their products. These are easy to take and don't upset my stomach. It suggests 1-3 a day. If I take all three at once I experience minor blowouts. It cautions of that laxative effect on the bottle and suggests reducing the number you take if you encounter that.

Didn’t irritate stomach
Magnesium usually irritates my stomach so I gave up taking it and just stick to Epsom salt baths. I took one of these before bed and didn’t have any problems. Will continue to take. Seems like great quality and from a trusted brand.

Doesn't quite compare to concentrace liquid - low magnesium/potassium so for travel only for me
I've used Concentrace drops on and off over the years but these days I have switched to electrolyte water due to the salty taste. I thought this would be a good alternative when I'm traveling. I have a history of heat exhaustion and in the past I used to carry the drops around in my bag which was to messy for me, so I wanted to try these.I don't really take these electrolyte blends for magnesium/potassium supplementation so if you are, these pills aren't really great for that. I don't like that in the title it's described as "Daily Magnesium and Potassium Supplement". You get less than 5% potassium and only 36% magnesium in 3 pills. You get way more in the drops. Also some of the concentrace blends had cool minerals like Ionic lithium and this one is a pretty basic blend. That being said you don't have to deal with the gross salty taste, and the pills are super easy for travel. The bottle is huge and since I only use them when I'm out on hot days they'll probably last me forever. I was keeping on top of the heat exhaustion issues this summer so I can't really say or compare how it was versus the electrolyte water or drops but I didn't have any issues. A friend of mine hates the drops and doesn't like buying bottled water so I gave her a baggie of these to try and she thought it was a cool idea.Although this didn't have additional fillers I wasn't a fan of the Carnauba wax in the product. At least it's vegan but I'm unclear why this method needed to be used. I guess maybe to make sure the minerals stayed in ionic form? But it's not explained on the website why the capsules are like this and now I'm left wondering whether it is possible to have ionic minerals suspended in wax versus water. I guess it's actually a good sign that it's not just a powder because then for sure it wouldn't be ionic, but it's something to be aware of if you have any digestive issues. At least the wax are tiny balls but I wonder if that just goes straight through your digestive system like what happens when a kid eats the wax on the Babybel cheese. In all these are good to have around but my use is travel only and emergencies. If you're using electrolytes at home there are better options.

3.5 Stars. Great brand, but I like the liquid drops better. Very little magnesium, potassium
-This appears to be a pill form of their popular drops. The drops are much less expensive per dose, and much easier to take.-My favorite product of theirs is 40,000 Volts Trace Minerals. It's very salty, so you only add a few drops. But I add to just about everything - water bottles (just a few drops will go unnoticed), electrolyte drink mixes, smoothies, even foods like soup.-It's hard to tell because they're not clear, but I believe this pill is basically the same as their liquid trace minerals, with added magnesium, chloride, sodium, and potassium to it.-I wanted this for the potassium and magnesium, but the amounts are too low to make any difference.-They don't say what kind of magnesium it is, but since it's from the salt lakes, I'm assuming it's magnesium chloride, and that's why both of those ingredients are on the label.-One pill provides 50mg of elemental magnesium. For reference, my doctor has me on 1,500mg daily of magnesium, so I would have to take ?30? of these per day? This doesn't come close to meeting my daily needs.-Similarly, the potassium is less than 1% (have to take 100 per day?).-If you're looking for magnesium, the best brand is MAGNOX, you get 520mg per pill.-So for me these pills have no advantage over the drops, I'm sticking to the drops.
