does this come with screws to mount the pedals?

Yes it does. Assemble it, put your pedal set on it and use included screws to secure it. I've found the best way to do this is before you secure your steering wheel is to tilt the stand down towards the front, or where you would sit and secure your pedal set that way.

So do you need to buy the rest of the set up? (Steering wheel, stick shift and the pedal)

Yes you do. This is a really solid made stand and you mount the pedals and steering wheel on to it. I have the Logitech steering wheel system . I really like the paddle shifters on it. I'm really happy with my setup and the stand is worth the money.

Yes, it most definitely fits your Thrustmaster t80. It works with all the steering wheel and pedal kits. It has multiple holes and some slotted holes to fit and adjust your steering and pedal locations. You really can't go wrong with this Racing Wheel Stand. It accommodates everything and is very sturdy to allow for maximum driver feedback.

Yes. I believe more PS4 games work with it than PS5
