When it first arrived I was stuck in the BIOS screen. Contacted support and they told me that some connections inside can come loose during shipping, and sure enough–the smaller cable to the SDD had come off. Re-attached and all good to go! Runs well, maxed out all the settings on: Ark, Witcher 3, WoW, and heavily graphically modded Skyrim. All stay well above 60fps and all have ray tracing. (yes, WoW does indeed have ray tracing) I do have a little bit of a cricket chirp whine coming from the tower whenever I'm playing something a bit graphic intense that can be slightly irritating if the room is quiet. If there's any game/background noise at all it can't be heard though so most of the time it's unnoticeable.

I have used computers for a long time so I wouldn't consider myself a beginner in that regard but it's my first gaming pc. This is a monster pc, the fans are quiet, and it can run vr with ease. The only downside is that it was advertised with windows 10 which is one of the reasons I chose this one but it came with windows 11. Other then that it's perfect. The fans are quiet and the cooling is still very good. There is also a lot of areas for upgrades with storage for example. There is an extra m.2 slots as well as 2 extra unused ssd sleds Update after 1 year: I replaced the cpu cooler and discovered that there was zero thermal paste that was applied. That is simply unacceptable and inexcusable. However other then that I haven't had any other issues.

Purchased for my 10 year old. For this price point, great performance for the games he plays. This will cover well for the next few years. Shipping got delayed a week, but when arrived it was packaged well. Start up and set up was quick and easy. Lighting is a cool feature.

I've had the computer for about a month in a half, and so far everything is working great, but I'm going to have to knock a point off for an inconvenience that came with the purchase. When everything was set up and I powered on the computer, there was nothing appearing on the monitor. After several minutes of checking the monitor's settings and making sure everything was plugged in correctly, I realized the graphics card was completely removed from its slot. This could have possibly happened during shipment, but I highly doubt this, because the way the graphics card was screwed onto computer's tower, you'd have to do some heavy, risky bending to get the graphics card even partially inserted into its slot, so I don't think the graphics card was ever properly put in place prior to the computer being shipped out. So I spent about an hour unscrewing the graphics card and carefully adjusting it until I was sure the graphics card was safely and properly inserted, while at the same time having it properly screwed onto the tower, which can be a puzzle. I'm not very knowledgeable about putting together PCs, but I have installed a graphics card into a computer in the past, so at least that experience helped. But for someone who has never dealt with this sort of stuff, and just wanted a gaming PC ready to go, this would be an even bigger issue. They'd have to risk addressing this themselves and potentially damage the parts, or have to return the computer to fix it, which is just extremely inconvenient and impractical. I know it was just an unplugged graphics card, but it kind of defeats the purpose of buying a prebuilt gaming PC! In conclusion, the item product itself is just fine so far, but it was not put together very carefully.

I’m so happy I bought this PC, everything runs at 4K ultra settings and runs all games super smooth. Example: I play Red Dead Redemption 2 Online and it runs over 100 FPS on 4K best settings easy usually it’s 125-150 FPS I love it

BUYER BEWARE!!! Broke in 1 year with very light usage DO NOT BUY!!! It has been only 1 year and 2 months. It won't turn on anymore. When I press the power button, it turns on for a second and shuts down immediately. CUSTOMER SERVICE: *Update 8/30* I have spoken to customer service today. It took me 2 hours to get customer service. I called them, emailed them, and sent a chat email. At last, I received a call from Nathaniel C. He was very friendly and helpful. He sent me instructions on what to check. We went thru the instructions. Unfortunately, it is NOT the power supply. I have an expensive surge protector. All of my other older computers are fine (different brands). *update* 8.31 They emailed me. Because it is outside of their warranty period. They are not going to fix it. Which I understand... I am bummed out and angry. Who could blame me? IS IT WORTH THE MONEY: NO NOT AT ALL!!! I invested so much money on this computer. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a computer. 1. I paid for more than what is listed on amazon right now. YEAH. I'm not talking about sale price either. They price gouged me. 2. I barely got to use this computer. It is lightly used. BROKEN!! IS IT REALLY WORTH THE RISK? NO NO NO I am trying my best to write a fair review. Overall, I am just full of regret. I am never buying from them again. I wish I read the reviews and took the negative ones more seriously ESPECIALLY when it comes with a video or picture proof. THAT is how you know it is a real review. Please DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER! I wish someone told me not to. Spend your money some place else! DON'T RISK IT!

It is exactly what it said it was. I was kinda skeptical of it with the mixed reviews, but I'm glad I pulled the trigger on it. If your on the fence just buy it. Best deal I could find hands down.
