Q: How many Decibels does this reduce by? Etymotics & several other are 20db, how about these? Thanks!

I'm not sure the actual values of reduction but the reduction is based on the filter that's installed in the plug. The red filter blocks out more sound than the green filter.

I would recommend soap and water.

Q: What is the decibel reduction when the plugs are used with no filter?

I would guess none or close to none. It's just a hole that runs straight through. Without a filter it's not blocking anything. The filter is nearly 100% of the effectiveness.

Q: What is the decibel reduction?

Depends on frequency. Red filter reduces about 20db between 125-500 Hz; 24db @1000 Hz and about 30db between 2000-8000 Hz.Green filter reduces about 16-20db between 125-1000 Hz and 25-30db between 2000-8000 Hz
