Is this a resonant head?

Hello! This drum head can be used as a batter and/or resonant. They are medium weighted heads made with a single ply 10mm film to produce an open, bright, and resonant sound with plenty of attack.

Can I use this to replace a drum head on an 8 inch practice pad?

I don’t know that practice pads use 6 or 8 lug type drum heads. Aren’t the made up of some kind of cardboard material?
