Just on my second day of using these so I don't know yet how well they work. I hope they are effective. The one thing I would like is for the pills to be smaller as they are frightfully big to swallow. If you fear choking on large pills these might not be right for you. I may be able to add them to a drink or something else but I wouldn't be able to buy again unless I can add the powder from the capsules to drink or food in order to take them. I gave 4 stars because of the capsule size.

I have been taking these for years. Keeps joints lubricated. I stopped once, to see if they were really working, after about a few days went back on, could tell a bit difference.

I've been taking this for three weeks, I'm now starting to feel less sore, less stiffness. Im 53, lift heavy three times a week, squats and dead lifts once a week. Hopefully this product will continue to give good results.

How can you really tell if Glucosamine & Chondroitin are really working? I nearly finished my first bottle and I have no way to determine. I gave this a 3* because 1) I didn't have any adverse reactions, 2) 3 capsules are a lot to swallow at one time (you can just split up the dosage though) and 3) The symptoms that I thought these pills would alleviate in some way, are still there. But maybe these were the wrong solution.

If you’re using hormone pills. It helps take the tingling and cramping in your fingers. My doctor recommended it.
