Fibro Flex Calming Spray 4 fl. oz

I read a real medical study that referred to applying magnesium directly to areas of neuropathy numbness and pain and they mentioned Fibro Flex in a footnote as a product I believe they used in their study. It didn't cost that much so I thought I'd try it out. Not much to lose. Well it seems to have worked. I had numbness around the toes and pads of my feet as well as some pain on the top foot bones. I sprayed and rubbed this on every morning and after about 5-6 weeks the pain and numbness started to go away There's about 20% of the numbness and 5-10% of the pain left right now but hopefully that will go away. I don't know whether it was the product or my rubbing, but something has been working!

I'D RETURN it, but it's not worth the cost, time and effort to return. If you have sensitive skin, this will be like spraying on itching spray. Itch. Itch! Scratch scratch! Yep. If you itch easily, this will not help you, it will be unbearable to spray on and cause you to want to remove a layer of skin. As far as helping with fiber pain, I did not notice a difference. I still had my same pain points down my back side. < money, and another snake oil down the drain.

This product seems to work. I've noticed a difference and improvement in pain with using. The challenge is the itching after applying, especially when using on the neck and shoulders. Works well on the back, legs and knees.

I was not expecting a miracle, so I am pleased to report that this actually seems to help a bit. Not every time, but sometimes on my worst days, it takes the edge off the pain for a while. So, I am rating it 3 stars.

Didn’t have high hopes but was pleasantly surprised to get relief! Will absolutely buy again

It works mostly, whereas other creams smell and work not as good as this for my Hip and knee.

My mom loves this stuff, but it didn't help with my fibromyalgia at all. Of course not much does.
