Great for the brain and clarity. I could feel it working. Would buy again and recommend to others.

Been taking this for two weeks and I noticed was a distinct feeling of unease and discomfort when I took three instead of two. Still sticking to two a day to see if anything happens. Will update if I notice a difference but so far nothing.

They came on time and are of good quality.

I am really excited by this herb as it will help with a gentle detox. It says it helps rejuvenate the body and mind and I for as many therapeutic benefits and also boost my energy level and they also Aiden weight loss, skin, gut and hair health. I just started taking them and although I have yet to notice a difference in energy levels I have noticed I am not as bloated and my gut health is better. I feel like this is very reasonably priced and definitely worth a try. It does not give you a detox effect where you feel like you need to stay close to the toilet all day and is a bonus as well

I gave these 2 stars because of the ease of taking them and the powdered capsules are easily digestible and absorbable. I photographed one atop a US Dime for size reference. I believe one should take these with food from my experience. I am just not seeing any of the benefits that are claimed. This is a 60-day supply for about $24, which is pricey, especially if they don't help much. If I see more benefits by the end of the bottle, I will update this review to reflect that.
