I drive for a living and have a tendency to slouch in my seat, because of that I have had major back problems for over a year to the point where I could hardly walk. The muscles in my lower back locked up and pulled the muscles in my shoulders all the way down to the bottoms of my feet out of place. I can't tell you how useless it makes you feel to have your girlfriend tie your shoe because you can't bend over without stabbing pain. I purchased this product with skepticism because for over a year nothing helped not even prescription medication. I was taking 2400 milligrams of ibuprofen a day just to cope with the pain. After using this lumbar support for a few months my back and legs are nearly pain free, the strap holds it in perfect position in my truck seat and keeps me from slouching. It's extremely comfortable and cool, I live in south Florida and the mesh keeps air flowing behind my back so I'm not sweating to death. I have to give it a 10 as far as durability goes as well, I drive for 12 hrs a day getting in and out of my truck and so far it has held up without any problems at all. I'm also 6'7" and weigh 235 lbs so this product can handle the bigger guys out there. I have to say thank you to the people who make this product and sell it at an unbelievable value. I started a new full-time job about a month ago. From 9 am to 6 pm, I basically sit in front of the desk all day. Yet the office chair is not comfortable. I had suffered strong, nearly unbearable back pain, basically from the shoulder to the lower back. I connected my laptop to a monitor for the larger and higher screen and bought a memory foam back support cushion...neither of which worked. For the past month, I had to rely on back massage as frequently as twice a week just to be able to carry on with my work. Then I bought this. Yesterday I brought it to my office for the first time, and it saved the world! My back pain has gone completely! It provides firm support to my back and is very comfortable to rely upon. I didn't even notice it was already 6 pm when I finished my work on hand! Before, every minute I sat on that chair in the afternoon was basically torture, and now I can 100% focus on my job and it feels great! Great value for the money — it's even cheaper than the memory foam one I had before!

I bought this Adjustable Lumbar Support for my chair at my work. Since starting a new job, I have been stressed out and the chair I received seemed ergonomic and sturdy but somehow it wrecked havoc on my back. Within a week from staring this new desk job, I got a pinched sciatic nerve. Although I purchased this Lumbar Support after my back problem improved, I see a significant difference in my posture and my back and my shoulders don’t seem as tight from sitting for prolonged periods of time. I am giving this product 4.5 stars, since I already see an improvement with my back pain; however, the only problem I have with this contraption as it slides on my chair and doesn’t stay put. So, I constantly have to readjust it.

I love going on long drives very so often. Sometimes, I would be driving for over 15-20 hours at a stretch. My back feels stiff afterwards as expected. I did not think of much about it until I have driven a friend's car with a similar lumbar support thing on. She swore by the comfort it provided her back and how much it helped with her back pain. So, I got a similar one for my car. First time I used it, it felt a little weird, but then I stopped noticing that it is even there. It definitely have supported my back and made my long drives more comfortable. The mesh design is light and keeps the air flowing. One time, I pulled over into a rest area trying to catch some sleep. I forgot about the lumbar support thing and slept on it for a few hours. I woke up with a bit of discomfort. Duh! As long it is used for the intended purpose, it should be good.

I sit in a vehicle for several hours a day and wanted a good lumbar support. This one works good and gives me great support. However I am using it now for several months and it starts to fall apart. The stitching that attached the plastic support on top of the mesh is coming apart. It'll be probably only a couple more weeks and it will fall off. That's why I subtract 2 stars.

Can’t live without this thing! I had a herniated disc; it’s since no longer herniated, but it is very tender. My poor back is as sturdy as a cracked toothpick these days. At work, I sit at a desk chair for eight hours staring at a computer screen and doing stuff I don’t want to do. Sitting all day does a number on my back. Enter my new boyfriend - Go Lumbar Support Mesh Back Cushion! It feels SO good and I can sit longer in my electric chair – I meant desk chair – without hurting. Like a good boyfriend, it lovingly lends a helping hand of support RIGHT where I need it without complaint – in this case, my lower back. It’s not TOO firm, and not TOO flexible (but more on the flexible side of the spectrum). It’s a nice mesh, so, much a like a good boyfriend, it doesn’t get all smelly and gross or hot. It’s easy to set up. I even bought one for my office chair in my “Lady Lounge” at home. Nice price!

i bought this product and didn't expect much untili recieved it just today. I have semm a simular product in a hunting and finshing store and it was almost the same but i found it was flimsy so i left it on their shelf where i had found it.I was looking for a better product online and i luckly came across this procuct and i looked like it could dothe trick..I received it today and was imediately impressed with the quality of this product ..it is very well built, the wire that makes up the frame is very thick and does not bend at all, keeping the whole stucture stiff under the weight that is applied to it when u rest your back against it.I am gonna a 2nd one for my home. The one i received today is already in my truck.. great product !!! Thank you.
