I unboxed the item and started with the wiring harness build. I noticed some ends being twisted but I did not worry too much. Turns out the item was previously used by another customer - a return! The device contained downloaded music and the network usage report showed usage 2 weeks prior. A part on the inside the device was loose. The WiFi and Bluetooth are extremely poor. The radio was unable to connect to our relatively strong home WiFi. Bluetooth the same, I needed to place my phone within 6 inches or less to get the WiFi hotspot or Bluetooth to connect. Moving my phone to the center console about 20-24 inches from the radio disconnect the Bluetooth or Wifi. I assume this unit is defective and will try to get a replacement since I already build a harness.Plus: boots fast, package was complete and sound is good. GPS acquired quick and was accurate. Screen looks good, touch interface works well.Update after 24 hours: The seller is responsive. I was contacted based on my email inquiry and was offered a replacement.While testing the unit some more I even was able to see the Google account from the previous owner, poor privacy protection!I will update this review after the issue is resolved.Update after 48 hours: Vendor is responding overnight, I was told a replacement unit is on the way and received a tracking number. I consider the response from the vendor excellent despite the inconvenience on my end. I will update again after the replacement unit arrived and is installed. So far I am satisfied with the followup by the seller.Final update: Seller offered replacement or refund. Even so I got unlucky and received a defective product the seller is very responsive and helpful..

I like the head unit. But I have a lot of problems with it freezing and me having to hit the reset button. It powered off once and never came back on, reset button did nothing, I rewired everything, didn’t work. So I thought screw it I’ll burn it up myself! Hooked positive and negative wires to my 12V constant it sparked, blew my fuse, I changed the fuse and gave it a shot..it’s worked ever since. But STILL freezes and has to be reset. I’ve had this for 3 months now. Don’t get me wrong it’s got great sound quality. But the Bluetooth only works with phone calls, when I play music over Bluetooth it constantly cuts out. Seller told me to update it blah blah, did all that it has same issue. If I had the chance I would NOT buy this again.

Please don't waste your money like I did. I'm on a fixed income and I wanted to do something nice for my wife for her birthday, so I chose to give her a better car radio since that is where she is a good part of the day. Pay attention to the specs on the head unit. I can't even get music up and playing before I basically get to anywhere I am going in town. I tried different apps for it and many other things to try and make it work better but it just doesn't. It freezes and crashes apps if you run more than 1 at a time, and that's if you can get the first one to run. I don't do reviews on Amazon, but two years later and this stereo is still bugging me because I don't have the means to fix it. I would put the stock back in but it must have gotten thrown out in the process of our last move. I hope you don't make the same mistake as I have. I know she's frustrated with it but she doesn't say to much because she knows things like this will eat at me because I can't afford to fix another mistake I made.

I bought it for our 08 sienna along with the suggested separate backup camera. The quality isn't up to pioneer or sony but honestly it for what they sell forI'm very impressed with it! So starting with the (minor) bad and end with the good, but in short, worth it. My largest annoyance with this unit is the "beep" anytime you touch the screen or steering wheel controls and as of yet I haven't found a method to disable it. If someone knows how to shut it off please let me know! We have a baby coming in a month and I'd like to not wake him up with the beeps every time it gets touched. Second. Bluetooth Phone calls work well but the microphone is in the unit and therefore you need to speak up for them to hear you, no biggie. But I will say it's rather disappointing that I cannot use the nav or any other app while on a phone call. If you try to leave Positive notes. Overall you can't beat the price for what it CAN do. Steering control setup was easier than I expected. However I do recommend a pro to wire this up. I'm a master mechanic so it was easy for me.

For how inexpensive it was I wasn't expecting much but it has far exceeded my expectations. The GPS works great on google maps, the radio and aux sound pretty good, it runs android so you can download apps like play music and download music offline or have your phone as a hotspot and stream music. I have an obd2 Bluetooth reader and it connected to it great once I set the password to match. The microphone on the unit works really well you can use it for calls or google assistant. It didnt come with one but has the abilty to use a backup camera and it takes about 2 or 3 seconds to come on when i put it in reverse which is better than most new cars oem units, it also has 2 usb ports so you can download music and videos on a flash drive and play your media that way as well.The only 3 things that arent really that bad but a little annoying is the screen is bright and cant really be dimmed much so at night its a little much especially apps with white backgrounds, and it may just be my phone but the Bluetooth audio skips occasionally, and the unit does not come with any mounting hardware so you will need to buy that separately for your vehicle but I would definitely recommend it if youre looking for a good double din with navigation and a lot of connectivity.
