Great AC , if you get delivered the correct model
This is a great AC unit, I have several of these LG dual cool in my house. I ordered another one for my kids bedroom but unfortunately they delivered the correct indoor model but the the outdoor unit is for another LG model. This means that there is a mismatch the in capaciy and it shows an error code. I contacted the seller and they insisted that the capacity is matching (it is not, in fact I have the same 1.5 ton model that the outdoor unit they send in another room and the inside unit has a completely different model number). Anyways, still in contact with the company which is not giving me any clarification if they will do anything about it. Will give them one more day and then complain to Dubai consumer protection.
