The charger works great however the headset side does not connect and will not work. Sound still coming out of the phone. The main reason I purchased this was for the headset and to be able to charge my phone at the same time.

Very flimsy product; no good,It is very common that the first thing which breaks down in any smartphone is the charge port - due to over use, plugging and unplugging of the charge cable. Wireless charging is good, but very tricky to get it right. One has to keep adjusting the position of the phone on the charge rest until the charger engages.These connectors looked like a great deal - in that we can leave this connector permanently while plugging the charge cable to this connector instead of the actual port on the phone. That way, we do not have to damage the phone's charge port. I plugged and unplugged daily at night & it worked fine. After a month, this connector stopped working, I expected it to last at least a year.

I’m not saying anything bad about the headphone adapters. what I am saying if you have an iphone in a good thick phone case this adapter won’t work the case restricted the plug from going into the IPhone all the way, The problem with this particular product the part that actually plugs into the Iphone isn’t long enough, the headphone adapter restricted from going in all the way.

If you have a case it makes it hard to use. I work at a job that I have a little thicker case so I don’t damage my phone. It isn’t otterbox thick or anything. But due to this I cannot use this product unless I remove my case. Due to this the product is worthless to me unless I am in my car traveling or at home and I can remove my case. I really needed this item to use while working. I also get those notifications that my phone doesn’t recognize this device. So it works sometimes and doesn’t at other times.

As has been reported in other reviews, this adapter is not long enough to make a solid connection to the lightning port if you have a thick case, as I found after trying another case on my phone. It did work on my current case for a while. After 2-3 weeks the connection starts to become spotty, and in the end only lasts a few second after inserting before it disconnects and requires reinserting. I’m not referring to the solid click you get when inserting; that remain solid but the electrical connection becomes broken, so it’s probably a good thing they ship 2 in a pack so you get at most 2 months use out of it. One more thing: the magnified illustrations leads you to believe the lightning connector has gold contacts. They are NOT gold but some other material which probably wears quickly leading to the failures.

Works as advertised. Charge and listen to wired ear buds at the same time. Smaller than expected but that’s a good thing.

Piece of garbage neither one worked right out of the package brand new. Absolute garbage product that these people are selling. Return it and you don’t even need to send it back because they know it doesn’t work anyway.

This device allowed me to connect a wireless microphone and charge my iPhone at the same time. Because of the gimbal design that I use this product fit and made everything possible.
