Best hydration tables. My husband and I use these all the time. Work great keeping us hydrated. These are our go to tablets.I recommend these to everyone looking for hydration tablets.These donโt have a strong taste but the perfect taste.

Dr said I need more electrolyte so I drink this after working out. It's easy to drop a tablet in my water bottle and the taste is refreshing. Very happy with this product.

I use these for trail running and cross country mountain biking in the desert southwest. Pop one in a water bottle then hit the trail! Easy to take along as well for when you can only refill bottles with water along the route. The taste is decent and the light fiz improves drinkability. Very efficient way to take on electrolytes without any fuss, empty bottles to keep track of or sticky pouches.
