My-Cap 100 Paper Filters for use with Caps to Reuse Capsules for Nespresso VertuoLine Brewers

Bought the Vertuoline for ~$300 last spring and hardly used it; cost of coffee pods was more than I was willing to spend. Researched this kit and spent $64.00 on it with an additional 100 filters which amounts to about 1 month of pods for my household. Made a great espresso on the 2nd try. I just stop the machine part way through brewing to ensure it's a great shot. I used Lavazza ORO coffee grounds that made a seriously strong espresso and an even better cappuccino. I used the plastic cover and not the foils.My only criticism is that it's expensive for something that seems so easy and inexpensive to make. But, the value is there as I can buy my own coffee for $2.99 a pack (which will last me 3 weeks) and not spend 0.89 cents per pod. 10/10 would recommend.

I invested in a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker but was unprepared for the cost of the capsules, or the fact that they are only available on-line. I was happy to find an alternative in the MyCap system which allows me to re-use the nespresso aluminum capsules with my favorite coffee AND the ability to easily compost the grounds & filter paper.

They are expensive, but work. The to you put on a cup works well, however the lid does not.

I save allot with this. A bit long but not more than doing a regular filter coffee.
