I review many things, rarely negatively, this deserves it.
Heres how trying to diagnose a problem works with this horrid seller:- product became defective about 6 months after purchase. It won't connect to devices properly and is pernamently bend on both ends at a large angle despite being used as nothing but a desk phone charger.- contacted the seller with a list of the issues asking for a way to resolve them since the product is sold as "heavy duty" and "armoured" despite it being incredibly fragile.- they refused to dignify with a human response opting to spam me with a copy paste "you're not getting a refund" everytime I asked them to address the issues with their heavily overpriced product.- contacted amazon and their rep assured me that this is not how they expect sellers to behave and that they where "disgusted" by how little this seller cares about their customers.- The amazon rep personally contacted the seller and was then spammed by the same copy paste ignorance I was- we are now going to proceed with contacting my bank and requesting a charge back to ensure this person loses the money they took and frankly don't deserve for a fault, fragile product.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You might get a perfectly working cable but trust me if anything every happens to it or its defective like mine the seller won't give you the time of day and you'll be left out to dry.
