I'm another satisfied customer...The battery on a Dell Latitude laptop I'd bought 3 years earlier had failed and I needed to replace it a little over a year ago. I'd never had to do this before - though I'd had to deal with failed power bricks - so I looked around on Amazon for replacement batteries. I chose this one because it was backed by the Prime guarantee, the price was reasonable and it came with a 12-month warranty. Now, a year later it continues to function perfectly.

It has been about 4 months since I purchased this battery for my Dell laptop. Finding decent replacement batteries for a reasonable price is always tough, since you never seem to know what you may get (unless you pay 4-5x the price for an OEM). This battery appears to be of high quality- it feels the same weight and fit as the original. It took and continues to hold a full charge. I get about 3 hours of moderate use out of it before low battery warning, which is about the same as the identical model Dell battery it replaced. Shipping was quick as always from Amazon, and the seller even followed up to ask if I was satisfied. At this point having used it for about 4 months, I would definitely recommend both this battery and seller.

Battery was a replacement for my Dell E4310 laptop battery.Battery was snug at first to get in the battery tray but once installed, can be removed and reinstalled easily.The battery charged up quickly and so far has held a charge nicely with run times between 2+ hours to 4+ hours depending on work load.So far, so good.....September 7, 2018 update:I have had this battery for almost a year now and have seen no degradation in performance or run time between charges..I swap the battery (when needed) between my Dell E4300 and D4310 without issue but may soon buy another for the E4300 to eliminate the swapStill So far, so good....

Initially had a problem with the battery, communicated with the seller about the problem, but didn't demand a refund. Later, after light usage, even though the battery reported a 98% charge, it was stone dead. What a waste of money! Further, it appears this manufacturer's self-reported battery statistics are totally false. So, the user doesn't really know how bad the situation is till the battery stops working. Deceptive.

Yes, this battery tight when you first put it in. But, not to worry. A little coaxing, and it snaps into place. Once in place it charged fully and is an excellent battery. It has gone through several cycles with no problems. I can't say how long it will ultimately last, but it is such a good price I am willing to take my chances by not buying a MUCH more expensive OEM battery.

Extremely Satisfied. I bought this product now over 12 days ago and the battery has been working excellent. I had refused to buy a new battery for my Dell Latitude E4310 and had been using my charger only for the last 1.5 yrs. All because I didn't believe on a good deal, but here it is. You can't beat the price nor the battery which last 3 hrs approx. with moderate use.

I purchased this battery a year ago, attracted by the price compared to a Dell battery. I installed it four months later, when my original battery did not hold its charge for more than 30 minutes.At the beginning it worked fine; after a few weeks my system kept telling me that the battery had no capacity to get charged. If I turned off my PC or disconnected the battery it kept working fine for one or two weeks, and then the cycle started again.Last week, the battery started to fall off the PC. To my surprise, the battery is arched and does not lock in place, even though it keeps the charge.

I recently purchased this battery for a friend's laptop, and it works perfectly.I'm very happy with the inexpensive price, and the delivery was EXTREMELY fast (showed up in less than 24 hours when ordered with prime 2-day shipping.)I'm not sure the light meter on the battery is accurate, in that it lit up indicating full charge upon delivery though the battery required an initial charge, but this may have been a fluke particular to initial charging/fabrication, and is certainly not a critical variant to me.
