I bought it after recommendatuon from jaguar service person. It is effective where scaling of tap happens due to hard water. After applying it cleaned the surface and left an oily film which helped it get cleaned easilymultiple times. Very good product however cost is very high hence removing 1 star.

Getting stains on the bathroom fittings is common. This product is a perfect solution to get back the new shiny look to the fittings. Just 3 to 5 drops, wait for a few seconds and then wipe it off

Useful product

Product is without brush which creat a lot of wasteg because of the brush. When we pour it in a bowl after using the balance liquid we can't keep in bottle again. So we throw the used liquid. Bottle should be inclusive of brush attached to the cap. Cost is very high.

I have used a lot of products which they claim will remove scaling but nothing has matches to this one. It's really good product one of the best to remove scaling. The product seems to be chemical based so it's advised to wear gloves and eye protection as I have observed after cleaning there is little burning sensation. Which indeed because the product is effective. It's very easy to use just apply directly on the affected area leave for sometime and rinse with water. It gives long lasting shine. Condition of the product was good not like expired. Don't try to smell the product as it's chemical based. Product was properly sealed when delivered. Photos are 5 days old after using the product
