High quality but expendable
These earbud tips work really well as a replacement for the WF-1000XM4 stock tips, but you should expect to replace them somewhat frequently. Because of this, it is a much better choice to buy a 3-pack of a single size than to get the assorted pack.Pros:- They provide almost perfect noise isolation in combination with the ANC.- They are very comfortable and I can keep them in for hours on end.- They don't slip out.- The barrier keeps earwax out of the actual earbuds without affecting the sound quality.Cons:- They wear out over time and will need to be replaced. A pack of 3 pairs can last me about four to six months.- Noise cancellation will worsen the longer you go without replacing them.Edit: my most recent set lasted me quite a bit longer (just under 6 months), I feel like this is satisfactory so I've updated my review accordingly

Soft, with a strong seal
They keep a nice seal without tearing up the skin inside my ear canal, like the native Sony ones do. Each tip does wear out after 2-3 months, but it's worth it to keep using such high-quality earbuds. (Without these, I'd be looking for different earbuds.)

Updated: they come off of the XM4s and get stuck inside my ears!
UPDATE: On multiple, multiple occasions, I’ve had these eartips pop right off my WF-1000XM4 when I go to remove them from my ears, requiring tweezers to remove from my ear. That’s an issue, and someone could end up damaging their eardrum trying to remove one of these. I’ve also just had one rip from normal use. I hope they fix these issues, because these are otherwise great.ORIGINAL REVIEW:TITLE: They really are as good as the reviews say. Boosted ANC and comfort, minimal difference in sound. For context, I’m a big fan of Sony’s 1000X line, but I had to return my WF-1000XM3 because they caused my ears so much pain. I recently made the jump to the WF-1000XM4 in the hope that they’d be more comfortable. They are, but they still left my ears sore quite often, and wearing them for several hours on end could cause rather sharp pain. I thought about several different options for third party ear tips, but what really sealed the deal on these for my ears was the filter these add to prevent earwax from entering the nozzle and degrading the earbuds. Now that I’ve used them for a few days, I can tell you that these actually improve the noise cancelling — in fact, there are some sounds, like my mini fridge, that I could still hear on the stock ear tips, but are completely silent with these.I also noticed on the stock ear tips that in my left ear I sometimes heard a rustling noise, like an ear hair was rubbing against the headphones. It was getting on my nerves, and I thought there was no way to fix it. With these, the sound is gone.Oh, and the earbuds don’t shift around in my ears on their own nearly as often anymore. That wasn’t a huge problem before, but now they’re secure enough that I think these ear tips are a good purchase for runners. But most of all, what’s great about these is the comfort. I could only wear the WF-1000XM3 for an hour before the pain was too much to handle. On the WF-1000XM4’s, it was maybe 2-3 hours. But with these ear tips on the XM4’s, I can wear them for basically the whole day with no pain, and only mild discomfort if I don’t take a break for a few minutes after 4+ hours of continuous wear.I was afraid I’d need to pinch these before inserting them, but I don’t, and it’s fine. I just kind of tilt the earbuds around as I reset them against my ear, and then push in as I go, and I get a really consistent fit that stays put in my smallish ears.So yeah, I love these, but they’re not flawless. They’ve got one minor flaw in my eyes so far. They make the headphones sound very slightly different. It’s quite subtle. I can’t quite place my finger on it, but there’s something a little different. I think the volume might be ever so slightly less, and some details sound just a bit less crisp than before. However, some details sound a bit more crisp. I’m not sure what it is, but I’ve already gotten used to it, and I’m not looking back.

Good But Disappointing
I purchased the three-pack of the medium-sized tips. I really liked the sound profile (sound profiles ca change when different tips are used) and the comfort offered by Comply. However, I went through my first pair in about three weeks. I noticed an uneven wear with one of the tips and quickly forgave the product - thinking it was just an error in the construction (errors do happen). I swapped the damaged / defected tip with a new one and didn't think about it breaking, until the other tip broke a few weeks later. The fail seems to be consistent and a byproduct / flaw of the design. Other reviews are correct in their claims that there are issues regarding quality. For the price, this product should not fall apart after a few weeks. The internal stem lost rigidity with me and the male end of my earbud stem embedded itself farther in the canal of the tip and almost broke out the other side. This is definitely not comfortable. I really like the product, but cant justify purchasing three or four packs each year. Spending one-hundred dollars per year on tips would be a bit ridiculous. If you're rich, or do not know what money is; I can recommend this product. However, for the rest of us peasants, I can't eagerly recommend this product to the masses. It's a shame because I waited years - almost a decade - to finally purchase quality buds and quality tips to match. And now I am disappointed. This product is almost perfect, but has a singular flaw that completely cripples the product.
