does the job
Ordered these for my Big Stack kayak carrier. Easy to fit, and does the job neatly. Dropped one star only because I really feel these are expensive, and should be included in the cost of the carrier rather than having to order them separately. Wasn't aware when I ordered the carrier that it came without locks. Other than that, they seem decent quality and work well.

Useless tiny little "locks"
REALLY expensive for two tiny, weak little locks that are EASILY picked, not secure, not safe to leave on your vehicle in any type or risky environment. Do not waste your money.
