Everything is working great it was a easy install the wires took a little time. But it is working great the only issue is I can’t get the temperature to change from Celsius but I am sure it is just a setting I have not figured out. Very happy with the product at this time.

The media could not be loaded.  I am surprised how much I like every other aspect of the headunit. It is snappy and has no bagginess to it, but the audio coming out of it is unacceptable for something that cost this much money. Only other issues I have are because I don't use it as intended (with dedicated data plan). Wish it worked better though, it's fantastic other than that in my very short experience with it.Will update if it's something that can be fixed.

While the product does fit in the exact location even without having to cut any panels; it does not operate as advertised. The only thing that felt cheap were the knobs. The rest of the unit was built very well.Things that worked:Air conditioning - everything from single control, independent control, automatic. 0 problems with the AC controls.Radio - once I figured out how to change the region for the radio it picked up all local stations and was easy use. Steering wheel controls worked, too.Touch screen - naturally this worked perfectly fine. I never saw any dead pixels or had my inputs ignored.Things that eventually sorta worked:Wifi - it would disconnect itself from my network whenever it felt like it, even while attempting to update things.Bluetooth - it would connect to my phone (Samsung S20 Ultra) most of the time. It only ever allowed me to play audio through the connection.Clock - it took way more attempts to get the clock to finally read my local time.Things that never worked:Factory back up camera - it was advertised that it works woth the unit, but it never did for me.Android Auto - it would show that I was connected via Bluetooth, but never actually allowed my phone to connect and use those features. I tried connecting via USB cable only to get the same results.Screen mirroring - my phone never would find the unit to connect to it for screen mirroring.Vehicle settings - I was never able to get the unit to recognize that it was in a hybrid (2006 Lexus RX400H) nor was I able to get it to display units in gallons per mile.Final comments and thoughts:While it looks quite impressive and I didn't have to cut any wires to install it; it did not install easily. The directions included are only four (4) steps long with the second step requiring you to know if you have a "high" or "low" configuration unit that you are replacing. All of the included plugs mated with the vehicles existing plugs without issue, too bad they all didn't connect to the back of the unit and two of my vehicles plugs did not have any match supplied for them. The help line was friendly and attempted to help, for a day. They sent me some videos, but the videos didn't have any sound or subtitles. There is no manual included for learning how to operate the unit. With as many quirks as this unit has, it could definitely use a large one or at lease some downloadable pdf for setup and troubleshooting. I can see great potential in something like this, but unless all existing vehicle features are implemented along with the new perks (Android Auto, Screen mirroring, ect.); I can not recommend purchasing this product.

1st there is a lot of thinking, matching plugs, different style hook ups. Reuse vents, pressure clips to hold unit, However everything worked, steering wheel controls, AC, airbag,4 ways, works great with Hotspot, trying to get sim card. True split screen, great sound, big map, back up camera. Customer care was great!On my 07 RX350One thing is there's two antennas to my old radio one large and one small, the new radio only has one hookup, seems to have poor reception working on signal booster or something like that

The features were great and easy to use but the audio was terrible. Distortion starts at around 50% of the volume and only gets worse from there and the unit was really quiet so you have to turn it up that loud to even hear music. I also wired up the backup camera with the right instructions for the 06 high configuration and never got it to work.
