This set is perfect for our little granddaughter. The quality is excellent, and the styling, although some might consider it too "plain", is just what we wanted. We had the set engraved with her name on each piece and it looks great!

I received this set as a gift from my mother-in-law when my older son turned 1. I honestly didn't think much of it at the time, other than the set was cute. 2 years, and another baby later, and these pieces are the most used flatware in my house. They have held up amazingly well to countless dishwashings, unlike the other plastic kids' cutlery we have cycled through. The larger fork and knife are the perfect size for my 3 year old, and the smaller fork and knife are the perfect size for my 20 month old. I like that the fork tines are sharp enough to stab food because so many plastic forks are not, and I've yet to meet a toddler that can successfully scoop up anything with a fork. I love that these are nice and look just like mommy and daddy's fork and spoon because it encourages my kids to use their utensils and makes my 3 year old feel grown-up. I'll admit, the knife is not all that useful for the kids, but at my mother-in-law's suggestion, I use it as a butter knife and it fits perfectly on the butter dish. I use the small spoon with a long handle to eat ice cream (because it makes my tiny portions last longer!), and it's also what I give my boys to eat their yogurt with (smaller spoon means smaller bites which means less yogurt spilling!). Of course, it was also great when my boys were babies and I was spoon feeding them.The set is very attractive, and has not rusted or tarnished in any way, and I dish wash the forks and spoons EVERY DAY...it is as high quality as any regular sized oneida flatware set. This is my go-to baby gift now...looks like my mother-in-law knew what she was doing all along! :)

I recently purchased this set because I inherited a collection of random flatware from my grandmother. In that collection was a small child's fork made by Oneida that my mom said her siblings used at a young age. My toddler started using that one fork and had an easier time picking the food up and had less spills versus the plastic sporks and spoons. I decided to purchase a collection for her.The set comes in a beautiful box and the stainless steel is of good quality. I justified the purchase by telling myself that I can hand this set down to our baby once our toddler grows out of it. But with the awesome packaging and great quality it made me want to be able to hand the set down to my grandkids (in the far distant future). So each of my kids have to have their own to be fair so I purchased another set in a different style. I can not wait to try the baby spoon when our infant gets a little older and starts eating solid foods.My toddler who is 2 years old has an even easier time using the smaller fork and spoon than the larger ones. I thought she would skip using that size because the inherited fork is the size of the larger fork in this set.It is well worth the $25 if you value quality and want to avoid using plastic with your children.
