It looks very thin to me. I have not had any other Poha, though, so I'm not sure how this falls in the range of thick and thin.

Delicious, versatile, keeps its crunch

I love this stuff. It is crunchy with a subtle flavor. It can be a nice addition to breakfast cereal, or a bowl on its own. My favorite way to use it turns out to be replacing oats in a topping for baked pears with pecans or walnuts. Looking forward to trying it in crackers and cookies, casserole toppings…
