impressively Powerful
When this arrived it was missing a small adapter that is critical to operation of the fountain. I notifies the seller, and instead of sending an adapter, he sent an entire new pump kit.Now that I can use it, I am impressed with the volume of water, which is greater than that from some larger, and more expensive pumps that I have had. The mushroom fountain head is quite snug, and hard to adjust, but once adjusted, it probably won't need to be readjusted every two days, like most of the others do.When I bought it, I thought that the colored LED lights were rather silly, and didn't expect to use them. I put it into service yesterday, with the lights, and I've changed my mind. They're beautiful after dark.

Great little fountain!
I purchased this as part of my decor for a woodland baby shower.....I was pleasantly surprised! It had great pumping power and the lights were bright and added to my display. I had this going for over 5 hours, no issues. I plan on using it on my patio in the summer months once I figure out how to stop my puppy from chewing everything outside. I think this a wonderful little fountain and you will be happy with this purchase. As for output, the mini water feature I plan on using it in is a little over 6 gallons....I can tell it has the power to handle that. I've always struggled with adding lights to my fountains (but hated the extra cords....or solar was just bulky)...this built in light is a nice feature.

Flimsy but decent
The media could not be loaded. I've been dying to have a pond for as long as I could remember so when I learned how easy and affordable a small patio pond was I was all in. This is my experimental pond that will tell me if I really want to tear up my yard.... that said, I didnt expect too much when I ordered this pump... i literally pulled it out the box a few hours ago, so far I have a love/hate thing going on..... heres why;Pros...-It seems to have a strong pump-It makes my patio sound peaceful with water sounds -not pump hum.-It looks pretty 'ish -needs tweaking-My goldfish seem happier with itCons...-The main tube for the fountain came cracked and is unusable-There is no thin tube to slide the light through so its anchored to a rock and floating-The pump strength has popped the fountain tubing off twiceRegardless, I am fairly happy with it. I wish the pieces fit better and were not damaged but still happy to have the fountain semi working. I will update this review as needed.

I really like it, but not love it...
The fountain set up is easy and I like the parts, but it is a shame the plastic is hard and the male extension cord is not able to be removed at the end so I can install the extension cord into a water fountain I already have. I am glad I have yet to be electrocuted with the cord touching the water from my homemade water fountain I had to make instead of using the fountain I already have.If the cord was able to separate from the male outlet, so I could hide the cord, and them connect the male part of the cord together again, this would make for a much safer product and worth the price.Thank you though, I still like your product, just needs some improvements...

Please avoid this item!
The little pump does pump its little heart out but that is the ONLY positive thing I can say about this product. The kit of parts has been put together by someone with a mingy, vengeful sense of humor, and they got their equally evil cousin to draw the one-sheeter directions on how to put it together, and take it apart to clean it. I did craft a kludge (A kludge or kluge (/klʌdʒ, kluːdʒ/) is a workaround or quick-and-dirty solution that is clumsy, inelegant, inefficient, difficult to extend and hard to maintain) that enabled one-and-only-one version of its options to work, temporarily. The instructions for how to open it to clean gunk out of it do not work. It seems to be glued shut, and nothing I tried would budge it. The LED light ring has it's own, separate, power cord, which is in no way disguisable since extends from half way up the fountain stem, or would if the part that it's supposed to mount to were properly dimensioned. In short, don't do it. There must be 50 ways to do this better.

Surprised!
The media could not be loaded. I wanted a small water feature without fish where I could hear the sound of running water. This little pump packs a punch! And the lights make the space magical at night. Take your time with assembly and definitely try not to over tighten as these parts will crack. It took me a while to figure out how high I wanted the fountain and adjusting the flow from the pump. Overall very happy with our purchase!

A nice setup for the price
I bought this to replace a Rio 800 pump that finally died after about 5 years. The instructions were quite understandable and I had no problems getting everything connected and installed in the pot fountain on my patio. I'm using the mushroom head instead of the blossom head and am enjoying the lights — first time I've had them in this fountain. I keep the pot filled with pebbles so the birds can use the fountain as a birdbath and I was able to position the lights on the stalk so they sit right at the top of the pebbles. The effect is very nice.

Misshapen parts and missing others
The lights on this were not as advertised on the listing, and not all the parts shown were included. Waited too long to open and install this or I would have returned it. I Do NOT recommend this brand. The ring of lights was way to small to fit on any of the tubing sections not to mention the plug was coming out of the top and would have been easily noticed as well as pull over the tubing at that angle. also the cords on both the lights (yes a separate cord) and the pump were WAY too short to be able to reach out of the small pond to a power source that wouldn't risk getting wet.
