Less than a pound but good taste and not bad price
EDIT: The first bag I got was perfect. The second bag says whole green peas but it contains all split peas. Still ok for cooking but worthless if you wanted these to plant. The only complaint is the size bag gets used up rather quickly. Obviously takes longer to cook compared to canned or frozen peas but doesn't need refrigerated so you can use as much or as little as you want without worrying about leftovers. Not as sweet as younger peas but you can flavor or sweeten them as needed. They also work to sprout, grow microgreens, or plant. Not specifically sold for those purposes but the bag I got seems to have a very high germination rate. I would definitely buy them again.

They grow pea sprouts from the seeds. Very happy with result. Pea size is a bit small...

Very delicious
These are delicious. Does take a while to cook because they are hard. I normally put them in a crockpot and leave until the early evening. Make with fresh carrots. Really good.

success sprout
Reason priced, I successfully get the pea sprouting. The picture show sprout from 100g beans so the quality it is actually good. Beans sprout at the 3rd day. Will by it again.

Ok cooked not for pea shoots
The pea shoots are not really tender or flavorful. I bought to grow pea sprouts. The shoots were tough stringy and bitter.,I will use the rest for a pea curry where I can doctor the flavor., They are dried not fresh. I imagine soaking and a low cook will make a good pea curry with enough seasoning.
