The shelving comes with adjustable feet in order to level the unit....these feet are to be inserted in the bottom of each support pole.....the DID NOT FIT INTO THE POLES.....I even had a building contractor attempt to insert them and he, too, found it impossible. Another negative was that one shelf's wire surface was badly dented during shipping. I am using the shelves in my garage on a flat surface so the lack of adjustable feet isn't the end of the world but it could have been a disaster on other applications.

as another seller has noted, the shelves include the wrong feet for the poles. these feet are meant for an entirely different shelving system and do not fit. as a result, the shelves do not balance safely when stood up. I've contacted the seller.
