I love it so far!
The product came in a very timely manner! It was delivered on a Sunday! I promptly set it up and began to use it. I love it so far. I'm able to stretch my legs and stretch target areas that are normally hard to reach. I hope this product will improve my Capoeira game and give me a sense of flexibility that I've been trying to get for years. In fact, after using it for about 30 minutes, I've been able to touch my toes. So far, I love the product and recommend it to anyone. It's such a simple yet amazing product! :) Simplicity always wins out.

Excellent for Tae Kwon Do Stretches
At 62 I found it difficult to gain sufficient kicking height in Tae Kwon Do so I bought this product in hopes of improving upon it. Although, after just one week, it is too early to determine how much progress I will make, the concept seems sound--a mechanical method of increasing stretching distance when doing static stretches. My biggest concern was whether the strap could hold during a stretching exercise. My fears were unfounded as it was apparent that the strong material and weave allow it to easily withstand a strong pull. The exercise book provides five basic leg stretches but adds additional variations on the five for a total of thirteen exercises. Excellent product.

Good quality and pretty user friendly :) good invention
Nice idea - kinda reminds me of a TRX strap - it’s good quality and once u get the hang of pulling your leg up it’s a good idea for flexibility- not sure if I will get to look like the girl in the pic but I think it would benefit any sport that u want to work on extra stretching - I hang mine over a weight bench frame where I have my TRX strap - so I havnt done the door but I’m sure it works

SHOUTOUT TO THE OLDIES AND THE YOGIS
EverStretch pushes it's products to the youth market: ballerinas, gymnasts, and competitive cheerleaders. I am here to pass the word on, you don't have to be any of those to benefit from this product. Folks that lack flexibility can benefit most from this product. Who lacks flexibility in this society: senior citizens - old folks. This senior citizen has used the stretching strap for only two weeks, it has been a transforming experience. It is too early to tell you all the benefits that are possible but here are a few that have occurred for me over the past two weeks: improved flexibility, improved balance, eliminated sciatic nerve pain, shrinkage of bulging leg veins, improved sleep, elimination of leg pain and lower back pain. Reading this it sounds too good to be true but fortunately, it all happened for me. It is amazing what a good stretch can accomplish. Initially, I had trouble maintaining balance over the first couple of days. Then I began working on perfecting my form. The best results are achieved with proper form. Sports and physical activity are a very important part of who I am. I have included the Door Flexibility trainer into my daily workout. It serves as a stretching prop and isometric trainer. This product and yoga have literally transformed my life. The EverStretch website and Facebook page provide a number of tips and personal stories to keep their users inspired. I found the tips to be very useful for achieving the best results. EverStretch provides detailed exercise examples online. My greatest fear was somehow damaging my body while stretching. When I saw what was physically possible all my fears disappeared. If you take it slow a muscle can be stretched a lot. The EverStretch website provides a special instruction portal for it's registered customers. You will get a portal invitation with your product. Yes, I am a little amped up about this product but considering all it has done for me that is understandable.

I love the way it helps pull my legs up
Makes me so proud to have it. I love the way it helps pull my legs up. At first I tried to copy the girl in the picture but I didn't know what I was doing or if I was doing it right so I decided to watch the video on it. If your phone doesn't play videos too well or whatever then what you do is 1. Put the square thing over your door and close your door. 2.You put the stretch bands through the loop that's hanging. Turn the band sideways if you can to get it in easier. 3. You stand to the side. (Let's say you stand facing to your right) 4. Put your left foot in backwards in one loop and use your hand for pulling the other. 3. Stretch your leg out and pull it up as much as you can. (Just where you are comfortable enough) 4. Use your right foot and push yourself up and down. Lift your heel off the ground as far up as you can and back down. This stretches your ham strings. 5. Keep your arms away from your ears as you do this. Putting your head back. As you're doing this you wanna act as if the stretch bands isn't there and you're doing by yourself. The Stretch band is just to see how far YOU can stretch your legs by yourself. You can go far up but can you lift your leg that high without it? Think... 6. Do the same to the other side. You can also lift your foot (That's in the loop) and bring the rest of your body down towards the ground. One hand touching the ground and the other one holding the band, pulling your foot up and stretch it as much as possible. (At a comfortable level) Try to get comfortable. There is more to the video I think but I didnt bother to watch it all. Just that part. Also, to get a good ham string exercise. Lay flat on your back, bring one leg up bended, with your knee close your chest. (Stay comfortable) then lift the rest of your leg so that now your leg is nearly straight up as you hold the center with both hands. Now, one you have it held up, push your heel upwards and then back and bring your leg back to bending position. Repeat this and go on to the next leg.

Solid product
Edit: I spoke with customer service in an email and I am changing my review based on their very kind email. Great company. Five stars deserved. I am so happy to know they will cover any possible defects to the product that might happen with regular use. Thank you so much! This product is very simple and is exactly what I was looking for. The absolute only reason why it gets four stars instead of five is because I worry about its long term durability. Pulling on this and tugging it at different angles the way I do can lead to wear and tear. That's expected of course, but I do wish this were a bit thicker. Other than that, the product serves all of its purposes and is usable anywhere no matter where I go. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stretch effectively and take that next step.

Sturdy and comfortable
It’s really sturdy, comfortable, and well padded. I feel safe from falling or hurting myself. The strap is a little hard to string through the wall anchor because it’s exactly the same width, but not a big deal. Doesn’t scratch or harm my door at all, which is great. Something to think about before you buy is is the location of the door you plan to use. My door is at the end of a tight hallway, and that doesn’t work well because you need a lot of space (at least 3 feet on each side of the door) to stretch freely and comfortably.

Nice system for kids martial arts
So far, so good. My kid uses this for martial arts and is 10. I like the fact that it forces some balance. The only downsides to this system is the following: - still requires focus to keep legs straight, the machine doesn't do it for you like other martial arts stretchers- - my kid can always get a good pull to lift his leg as it requires some strength. - if your door is not on a flat wall you may find yourself running out of room. I will probably ceiling mount ours. For the price it is a big win.
