First pair we had worked great for a few months, although one side stopped working intermittently. Amazon said it was out of warranty and couldn’t do anything so I contacted the sudio and they were more than happy to fix the problem with no hassle at all. I was expecting to have difficulty as they are relatively expensive but they couldn’t have been faster or more helpful! 10 stars!

These arrive really nicely presented in a sealed full colour printed box measuring approx 10cm x 12.5cm x 4cm.The box slides open like a drawer with a small ribbon pull on the side once you remove the plastic sealing it closed.This is beautifully presented & unboxing it makes you feel like you are getting something of decent quality so it would make a terrific gift - also an easy to wrap one if you snap the hanging tag off the top of the box.I chose the green version & it is a lot darker colour than I expected having looked at the product images.I'd say it's more Hunter Green than the lighter looking dark sage I thought it would be, but I really do like the colour as it is.Inside you get the charging case (charges with a USc cable, the same as my phone) & when it's plugged in charging there are 4 little lights on the outside of the case which show you how much charge they have.Mine arrived almost completely charged.You also get a small box which has an incredibly short charging cable in the same colour as the earbuds - 18.5cm end to end including the lengths of the usb & usc fittings secured with a tiny velcro tie which I expect to lose by the end of the week & a sort of blister pack (with a thick card back so you can't pop the bits out sadly) containing all the different sized tips.Sound wise these have been okay so far although I could wish they went a little bit louder, but I can't hear any noise cancelling going on.They last well after being charged & are as comfortable in ear as these things can be.They don't seem to have any issues if you use them in the rain.These look really high quality & feel the same.The design is really nice although I feel a bit stupid walking around with bits hanging out of my ears like that - not that anyone else seems to notice.A decent enough pair of ear buds but for noise cancelling I'd look elsewhere.

Earbuds not working properly...Actualy left earbud not working at all!

I’ve tried a lot of earbuds over the years from £20 to £300 in price. It’s fair to say that the higher the price does NOT mean the better they sound. The ones I use the most only cost about £30. This set from Sudio sits in the middle price range.This wireless earbud set arrives in a quality retail box. As well as the buds, you get a good range of different sized buds, so everyone should find a comfortable fit. There’s also a USB charging lead and a small manual. Like most devices these days, you have to supply the USB power source. What’s really great with the set is that they are wireless charging compatible. No messing around with charging leads, just pop it on a wireless charging base, and it will charge.The combination of earbud charge and base charge means you can potentially get 30 hours of use before needing a recharge. Of course, this is theoretical and will depend on other factors like volume levels and phone use.Sound quality is good, but by default lacks deep bass sounds. This can be addressed by turning up the bass levels on your source device. The buds are more than capable of producing good deep bass sounds but not by itself. Otherwise, there are no other complaints other than the noise-cancelling ability. It might be my age, but I can get no difference with noise-cancelling on. Mind you, I don’t with most earbuds and headphones.Build quality is excellent. All the parts of this set, apart from the charge lead, are good quality. The earbud design makes them very comfortable to wear, even for prolonged periods. The buds have a single control button on each of them. This is a real button and not a touch one, and gives a definite click when operated.The charging case has a silicone type finish and feels nice in the hand. The supplied lanyard is not great and not really necessary. The buds are held inside with strong magnets. My only criticism is that it's not all that easy to pull out an earbud from the case, as there is little to grip hold of.Are they worth the current asking price of £99? Well, for me the wireless charging is worth the price. I would say the quality of build and the quality of sound makes them worth the asking price.Overall, decent wireless charging earbuds. After short period of time one of their earbud starts having weak batt. it lasts only 30 min after fully charged. Disappointed !!Trying to find a batt replacement. Even it is not designed to has replaceable batt.

Hatte viel Hoffnung - zum ersten mal 100 Euro für sowas ausgegeben, hatte vorher 10 Euro BT InEars ... die haben problemlos 3 Jahre gehalten und klangen Okay, Jetzt das zehnfache hingelegt und nichts geht 3 Stunden sind weg und kein Resultat! Schade - leider kann ich so auch keine klanglichen Eigenschaften prüfen.

I bought these for the gym, nothing else. That means that I used them to listen to podcasts for 30-50 minutes a day in them. For the first 4 months, no issues. Over the summer, they started cutting out randomly for a half-second. Annoying, but again, it's podcasts, so not the end of the world. After 6 months, the left earbud started saying "Needs charging" really quickly. Mind you, I was using the exact same charging schedules -in the case 23 hours a day for 2 weeks, then charge the case. But at this point, the left bud lasts about 4 minutes before it dies.Naturally, this started exactly when customer support ended. So now i've spent 130$ on . . . a right earbud.

Los empese a usar y empezaron a desconectarse el lado izquierdo. Very disappointed.
