Worthless Phone with a lot of issues
I recently switched from a Huawei P30 Pro to a Samsung phone, hoping for an upgrade since I’ve always been a loyal Samsung fan. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The phone's performance falls far below expectations, especially compared to my old Huawei P30 Pro. I’ve faced constant issues with call reception, with many calls failing to connect, and the data traffic performance has been abysmal, particularly in the Indian subcontinent. The battery life is extremely poor, draining rapidly during resource-intensive applications or video calls. Additionally, the phone heats up significantly during heavy usage, making it uncomfortable to handle. The device itself feels excessively heavy, which reduces its usability, and it also performs poorly for video calling. The only redeeming feature is the camera, which delivers high-quality images, but this alone doesn’t make up for the device's overall shortcomings. What’s even more concerning is the question of the product's genuineness, which could explain some of these issues. I’ve heard similar complaints from friends regarding the newer Samsung series, further indicating the brand’s decline compared to competitors. If you’re considering purchasing this phone online, I strongly recommend buying only from reputable sellers, such as Amazon itself, to avoid the risk of counterfeit products. Overall, this phone has been a frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend it, especially given the high price point and the expectations one typically has from Samsung. Pls stay away from Samsung if possible. Horrible experience

I know very little about the minute details and deep technological aspects of this latest samsung mobile, all I do know for an absolute fact, is that its a typically terrific phone from the best phone manufacturer on the planet. All the main points that one desires in a modern mobile are here. Good battery life, terrific camera, outstanding functionality, call clarity, beautiful looks & an amazing array of brilliant features. I love Samsung phones, especially this latest S21 & I love it all the more because its got a flat screen & not the pretty horrible bevelled screen that has been the Samsung norm of recent years! I highly recommend this phone on every front, its just magnificent.

The difference between my old S7 edge and S21 is huge. I'm one of those people who really isn't a fan of those "huge" phones (ultra models). Luckily S21 and S7 edge are almost identical in size except you get a lot more actual/usable screen room - which is great as nothing is being sacrificed. *IMAGE QUALITY - it's not even close especially when it comes to night shots (I'll publish them later). On day shots S7 is able to capture the image OKAY for the most part but when you compare it to S21 it just looks overly blurry. S21 also has a super cool "video stabilizing" feature which prevents the camera from shaking all over whilst you're holding it. To put it simply - it results in a very smooth video; it even has an option to shoot videos in 8K! Lastly the 10x zoom feature is surprisingly good - it doesn't result in quality decrease. *BATTERY - the battery life is a lot better on the S21. I'm able to use phone for 3-5 hours a day continuously and still have plenty of battery left at the end of the day. I don't think that you'll struggle with it unless you literally use your phone constantly 10h+ a day. But then again - you can always utilize "super quick charging" feature which allows you to go from ~10% to 100% in just 1hour. *NETWORK - the mobile signal has somehow gotten much better in areas where I used to have severe issues; to be clear - this is without utilizing 5G. *SMOOTH experience - whilst my S7 edge never really felt slow (since I didn't load it up with 50000 apps) - in comparison to S21 it just feels clunky. S21 has a lot of nifty features to make your life easier - such as 120Hz screen refresh rate (to allow for super smooth reading). I purchased my S21 at around 760gbp approx. 3 weeks ago; the price has dropped even lower - to 715gbp at the time of this review - 12th of March. I personally don't think that it'll keep dropping and at such a price I strongly believe that everyone should upgrade from S7.

This is my first new phone in 4 years so I can see quite a few new improvements. For the price (£629 - £100 cashback) It seems like a good option. Battery is good for my usage. Gets me through a 10 hour day with about 30% remaining. If you're a heavy user, you may struggle. I have two wireless charging pads. One in the living room, one in the bedroom. This means I'm usually charged up before I leave the house. It works for me. Camera wise, I'm still getting used to all the options, way more functionality than my previous phone. It takes a good pic. My biggest gripe though is the amount of bloatware this phone comes with. I don't need most of it and these extra apps just slow things down. My wife has a pixel phone which is so much cleaner and easier to use. My previous phone (oneplus 5) also had a pretty clean, bloatless OS. Second biggest gripe is the fingerprint sensor. My one plus beats this phone hands down! Under screen sensor still has a way to go. I still rate this phone. There's plenty of good but there are still kinks to be ironed out.

Overal this is a good phone, very fast and responsive. The issue is with it being a samsung phone it comes with the ususal bloatware, but overall it works realy well. The camera is excellent, with it being very responsive and no noticable lag and the photos have a good colour balance - not the over saturated photos older samsungs use to take. With 3 cameras (main, ultrawide and telephoto) theres alot more versitility built in as it also comes with the usual manual settings if you are into that sort of thing. The phone itself only comes with a usb type c cable so doesnt include a charger so if you are looking for a fast charger to partner this phone you'll need to get it seperately.

Compared to my Huawei P30 Pro, the camera is lack lustre, grainy and feels very average for a flagship phone, probably about as good as my S10, I would even say the Nord OnePlus has a similar or better shot for less than half the cost. The rest of the phone is alright, the CPU seems plenty fast, not noticed any major slowdown, battery life is, again, average, doesn't hold a candle to the P30P. To its credit, the Ssreen is bright in sunlight and has good colour reproduction. No noticeable screen tearing with high motion content USB C to HDMI works well and Samsung Dex is a welcome feature. Bluetooth range is poor, leaving my phone on my desk and going to another room about 10 feet away causes my Galaxy watch 3 to disconnect along with my Soundcore Headphones. I know I keep comparing to the Huawei, but it defeats the S21 in nearly all aspects. This is probably the last Galaxy I'll buy, which is a shame because I normally love Samsung products.
