Fire tv remote

Proeuct is good, but as per my observation you need to more focus in it becouse in last 10 month 2 time my remote was not working i dont know what is technical product you need to find root couse of this fault and try to solved itBut from customer care side respose is good and always taking care of it.You will take all till warrenty period but after that i need to buy new remote but make remote reliable to use with minimum 2 year without faout.Thanks

Bad product, worse amazon customer and delivery services

Dont buy this. The remote stopped working in less than a year. Now I have to wrestle with Amazon customer care and delivery guys, everyday, to return this and get refund. They wont come to your house to pickup. They will call you from unknown numbers and if you do not pick up the call, even if you are available at home, they will show it as customer not available. Dont buy from amazon. Customer service has gone down the drains
