No. You get only the base stand itself.

Q: Will it wobble with a narrow dpiano? folding legs as much as possible and flat against wall the kawai is 28,6cm depth, any experience with similar dp?

I put a digital mixer in a flight case on it that weighs around 100 pounds with the legs almost fully extended and it is good and sturdy. Yes it will wobble slightly in that configuration when you bump it pretty hard on the side, but it is extremely sturdy. The mixer has a 31 inch (78.7cm) depth, so it is quite a bit deeper than the dp that you describe. I don't know that it would be too stable at that narrow depth, since the legs would be so close together.
