had it less than a month and used it only for couple of times and the problem start, the noise of the machine keeps going up and down by itself and the size of the needle keeps changing while doing the work!!!! i tried message the seller but no reply at allplease any help how to get return it or refunded as had the machine for 33 days

Item came but no needles came. The listing states 10 needles of different sizes would also be included...but no needles. Seller slow to answer messages hence why I am writing this review. Great machine just buy it from elsewhere and make sure everything is included. Disappointed is an understatement.

I bought this machine in feb I used only once for may be 30 mins max. I try to use other day but its not working at all. I feel like wasted my money on this machine.I would like to get my money back
