The battery works great. Installation is not difficult, but you need to be careful: it's easy to place the connectors a little off the mark (not the fault of the replacement battery; it's the design of the tablet). If the tablet doesn't boot or charge after your installation, check on the placement of the connectors.The hardest part of the process is getting the back off the tablet. The battery comes with tools to do the job and a DVD showing what to do. A note of caution: be very careful prying the back off when you're near the micro-SD card cover, because it's easy to knock this off (I can vouch for this). I find the best place to start prying is near the camera lens. The back seems a little more flexible in this spot.I ran into a problem in the installation process (my own fault), and found that the manufacturer provided excellent support. I'd definitely buy it again.

Easy to fit, with a little patience

Impossible to fit at home and when I finally found a shop that could fit it I discovered it was the wrong size with the wrong connections. It took so long I now can't return it.

Very clear video instructions but put new battery in and wouldn't power up even after trying to charge. Expensive compared to other sites too.
