Not good

Pillow is good, but customer service useless. They sent wrong colour cover and I asked for replacement cover only, but they are not at all helping. To exchange the whole pillow will take too long since I have a hip injury and need it immediately. Customer service is not at all understanding my problem. Also strong smell from pillow.

I got this pillow for sleep comfort, but I didn’t want a full-size body pillow. This is exactly the right size, but it’s a little too firm for me. The description states its “memory foam,” but this is very tight so I’m not sure about that claim. You can see from the first picture the tightness and durability of the cover weave; it’s almost like a quilt. It’s soft but still a bit scratchy, so it wouldn’t do well (for me) as a regular pillow. I also cannot find a case for this size pillow. Although the covering is removable (second picture) via zipper, the opening is small and to take the cover off to wash it will require some gentle and slow machinations so as not to break the zipper. The third picture shows more of the interior filling, again, very nice and firm and seems durable, and you can see from the inside of the cover how well-made the pillow is. I didn’t rate it for pain relief as that isn’t applicable to me. This is the most expensive pillow I’ve ever bought, and while it’s not exactly as I would have wanted it in terms of softness and ease of washing, I don’t think the high price is over-priced. As I said, obviously extremely well-made.

Perfect size. I'm 5'1" and do not need the long pillow. My only complaint is the smell when it comes out of the bag. It took months for the smell to go away. I washed the cover and sprayed it with my perfume. It helped but it took time.

For how expensive this pillow is, I expected it to be a lot less flat than it is. It's not ideal for side sleeping because your shoulder will be pulled forward too much to compensate for how flat this pillow is. Other than that, it does have a smell, not necessarily a bad one but I don't know what to liken it to for description. It is almost the perfect length for side sleeping so I'm disappointed it's not thick enough. It does have the firmness I would want for side sleeping however.

I love the size and feel of this pillow but the grey cover is kind of scratchy and rough. I replaced it with a customized bamboo pillowcase. I fits snugly and is smooth, soft and cool. I felt I was overpaying but I couldn't find this size pillow anywhere else. I would buy another pillow without the cover if it were cheaper.
