Easy to swallow
Even though the Now Foods B-6 100mg Capsule is a little big it is still easy to swallow. They come in a plastic bottle with a plastic pull off around the cap and have an inner seal also. I have been purchasing these for years and have never had a problem. It is a good product and I will buy these again.
