Q: Did screws come with this product? If so, did they rust?

Yes the screws did come with the gutter guard. I have some that is 3 year old and the screws have never rusted. It also comes with a 3 M adhesive strip if you would prefer not to use screws.

Q: Pictures show the guard slipped under the asphalt roof shingles. Mine are stuck fast with tar. How do I lift them without damage?

I tried to do exactly that and tore two shingles. Cancelled the process and still have the guards in my shop (and clean the gutters regularly).

Q: Will this work for 4 inch gutters?

It will work provided there are no complications with having the guards extend farther up under your roofing. I have a normal composition roof and if I had 4 inch gutters there would be no problem. The answer ultimately will depend on what type of roof you have, how easy it is to lift it up to get the guards to go underneath, and how close the fasteners for your roof are to the gutters.

Q: How deep is the guard...i need one 7" deep for a 6" gutter?

Most gutters seem to be either a 5 in or a 7 in. But the 5 in guards will not fit a 6 in gutter. So you will probably need the 7 in
