They would not hold any weight on the limbs. They would be ok to be added into something as decor only.

They can be used in a wreath. They would probably have to be wired into the wreath as hot glue probably wouldn’t hold them in place. I tried painting them but the paint did not stick, so I’m sure glue will not stick either.

Q: Can be use it to hang rings (jewelry)?

I would say yes, the plastic is sturdy enough to hang rings for sure.

Q: Can I use for climbing plants ?

These are only 14 inches tall, so I guess it would depend on what type of climbing plant you would use.
