Q: How many hanging tabs come with this unit? 2 or 4?

Two hanging tabs for the Top rail - bottom does not need them for hanging. If you need extra or want to special order to get special needs covered, I suggest you get hold of Wide World Maps and More in Phoenix, Arizona during regular business hours. Regards, Jim (azmapman)

Q: How can I designate a color? I ordered a 24 inch and got clear. A 12 inch and got black. I would like both the same

We generally have only black. Not sure where the clear came from. Perhaps another supplier. Best to contact Wide World of Maps directly in Phoenix 800-279-7650

Q: will a laminated poster fit in the bracket?

Yes I think it will. I used it to display an oversized magazine that was in a protective sleeve with a cardboard backer board. I stuck the backer board into the bracket and it fit fine so a laminated poster should fit as well.
