It doesn't even work so heartbroken can I have a replacement ??? It is adorable but no music

Several Problems
Several problems- the words on the front were smeared, one of the bear's hands was unglued from the rope, and it does not play music (only makes a helicopter-like sound when we press the button). I was able to glue the bear's hand to the rope, and hopefully a new battery will solve the music problem, but overall I am unsatisfied with this product.
