Will this phone work under the new att requirements for hd voice to be supported on all of their devices? i guess this device needs to support vollte

Yes it does. I use AT&T service. I did have an issue when I asked AT&T a question about the messages I received saying my phone would no longer work. Well the rep "updated" my info on my account and phone as a result I couldn't receive calls or make calls. (Which everything with my phone worked fine up until then). So after getting a bit irate with AT&T a different rep reactivated some features and my phone once again is working perfectly. 🙂

Does this phone have wifi calling and volte capability?

Hi, it doesn't have wifi calling. But support volte.
