I read previous reviews before buying the Beldray Air Cooler and thought it was important to write my own review since some reviews were harsh. The Beldray is essentially a small, well-made, fairly quiet, and light desk fan with the ability to provide a small amount of cooling in very hot temperatures. The price is right, considering that it is a well-made item. I have purchased similar types of fans in the past at great cost (up to £70.00). All of them were returned because they had terrible build quality, very little wind speed at high settings, and some were faulty. Nothing like this little Beldray fan, which is simple to operate, robust, has a good design, and versatile. When you consider how this fan works, i.e wind blowing onto a frozen surface, you get the idea that it is just a simple little cooling fan with the added benefit of looking stylish and with coloured lights 🙂. Once the frozen insert becomes warm, you can swop it for another as you get 4 included in the pack. I use one frozen insert at a time, and the insert was placed in the holder at an angle. The fan gives you enough cooling for short periods of time when sitting close to it in very hot weather (27 degrees) - and enough cooling in moderate temperatures (23 degrees). The cooling provided was sufficient, and the 3 fan speeds were excellent. It provides a perfect climate and air circulation for comfort and sound levels. It is very quiet at a low setting with good wind speed. You can tell that this company “Beldray” are experts in designing fans. I really like the little fan and I am not retuning mine 🙂. The reason I decided to try the Beldray air cooling fan was because I had previously purchased the “Beldray EH3328 4 in 1 Orbit Air Climate Circulator, Heater, Humidifier & Air Cooler, Adjustable Temperature Control, Aroma Function, 12 Levels Of Wind”, which I purchased in July 2022. I can say that it was one of the Best purchases I have ever made. The fan is Amazing! I cannot tell you how good it is, as this review would be too long. There is no way they could improve on that fan, it is Perfection! Based on my experience with Beldray products, they are well-made and designed. I would definitely recommend this little air cooling fan!

Had for over a year works well as a fan, pretty quiet. The water filled freezer blocks do give you a cool breeze for about an hour. And the mood lighting is cool.

I purchased this for my partner because he emits heat like a furnace and I can't bear the noise of the fan when I'm trying to sleep. This does make a noise but, on the lowest setting I can barely hear it and can sleep quite well. You have to be within a meter of it to properly feel the cold air from it on a low setting. You can put the blocks in the freezer and have extra cold air whizzing around the place. There is also a set of aroma pads to add a scent to the air. He's happy, I'm happy.

Read the description and box contents, bought it as it said it came with a USB cable thinking I could run it on my power bank. It does not come with a USB cable it comes with a standard 3 pin plug.It's quite heavy and there is no handholds on it.It is fairly quiet though and the led blue or red light is very pretty.It works well to keep you cool.

Brilliant little fans these . Ice packs do help , the aromatherapy pad really works . Had a fault on one probably from transit . They replaced straight away . So 5 stars for the fan and 5 stars for quick and helpful customer service.

I used b4 giving to my grandson for his computer table and found the plug overheated ,I tried at his home and the same thing happened not a safe fan

The first order the carrier lost in transit notified homebrands and they sent the order again which arrived the next day . Very impressed with product and seller

During the heatwave and with many fans I ordered this as it was "air con" and "cooling". I can confidently say that its a great £20 fan however it doesn't in anyway provide a stream of cold air. I'm returning and sticking with my existing desk fan (£10) which does the job. I've now got to pay return carriage as I've tried the unit and it doesn't do what it says it does. I'm not a one-star reviewer however two star is VERY generous.Usability-wise - you have to turn the lights off if you don't want them, surely you should power on the unit and then turn on the fan/lights?
