Who knew that laying on your hips/side sleeping after having lipo there would be painful? I use these to cushion my hips inside my abdominal binder and it made a huge difference with the pain. I don’t know if this is the intent of this product, but it saved me for sleeping on my sides as I was instructed to only side sleep at night after my procedure on front and back simultaneously.

The foam works very well for me after my surgery.

I liked these better than the lipo board but I did catch an infection from wearing these so just be careful I did also have to cut mine it was big

Rolled y ankle pretty badly and needed something to reduce swelling around the joint, this worked perfectly. Helped apply pressure to the joint and was the perfect size be trimmed to fit me.
