Decent knife for the price, disappointed with the ergonomics as my knuckles hit the cutting board before the knife’s blade does a lot of the times, I should have just spent a few more dollars and went with the intempora model, the blade extends out a little more on that one so it looks more comfortable. Overall a decent starter knife in the kitchen.

A beautiful knife, although much more flexible than what I was expecting. I put it to the steel today and it took a razor edge. I highly recommend this well-crafted knife.
