This is a really good air conditioner. It is used in my bedroom and it cools my bedroom really fast. For the most part it is quiet...I rated it a 5 star however I would give it a 4.9 only because it doesn't have a remote control

The first being, that because it is pretty quiet, I can hear the lawn care guys in my front yard too clearly. and it sometimes gets too cold in my room. I bought this because my room is at the end of the line for the AC and my computer made the room too warm for me. Now I have a new problem in that I have to turn the knob control to a warmer setting or put on socks. I could not have asked for easier instillation, I paid someone else to install it for me.

Works well for the price point. It does seem a little loud when running but not terrible. Easy install.

Keeps even a big room really cold and it's as easy to install as any window unit. Really happy with it.

Moved from Texas with central AC to the Adirondacks with no ac. It may be a bit cooler up here, but the house gets HOT, especially upstairs. Just installed this little window unit in my bedroom. I may stay in the bedroom until September. 😂😂😂 Works great! I did have to cut a small lip thing on the window trim to get it to sit. It doesn’t come with any support for underneath on the exterior of the window. You may need that if it’s not stable enough. It’s not pretty, but who cares!!! 😁

I bought this unit the later part of August. I just tried putting it in the window today and it trips my breaker. This is a small unit, 5000 BTU's. The last one I had was 8000 BTU's and it worked fine. I also tried a Delonghi air conditioner which is 14000 BTU's and it works fine. Defective unit and my time to return it was September 19th. 7 days late. Wow, I've never had a defective air conditioner. Do not buy!!!! Update: I filed a complaint with the company. They told me to file a warranty claim, which I started until I realized they were going to charge me $110 service fee to come out! I never even used the thing.

Easy to install. It was pretty good for few days. Cold and not too loud, but after few days, it starting to make loud noise and not so cold anymore. We had to return it.. got the refund after over 2 weeks

This product shipped quick with no issues. Recommend 2 person installation. I’ve used this AC for a month now and it is cold and quiet with “simplicity”. I will buy again.
