Q: I would like to slide a paper (grocery) bag into the 8-gallon gray rubbermaid can; it has a bottom of 12" x 7"; would it fit inside the can?

The diameters of the Step-on-Waste can is: 11" D x 14" W x 19" H. The bag would fit but will not reach the top

Q: Is this fully enclosed? No openings at the bottom?

Q: what is the total height with the lid open?

Approximately 30” hi with lid up.

Q: mine came with the lid inside the can. I got nothing else. Was there parts that should have been included?

Regarding the Rubbermaid Step-On Trash Can Wastebasket, when I received the product both the lid and trash can were included in the packaging (two pieces).
