Quality build, elegant design, sketchy as all hell in practice.
The tool is great works as you would expect with a few unforeseen teething pains. Firstly I must say the design is elegant as can be its two well machined pieces two fasteners and a blade. It's functional and works well for the intended use; it cuts well and the blades are easy to change once you get the angle of entry figured. Where my gripe lies is in the lack of retention, the blade is free to open with no spring or anything to require a greater initial force to open or any form of lock like you would see on most pocket knives. In order to feel anything less than confident I'm going to accidentally castrate myself carrying this in my pocket is to tighten the screw much more than you would with any other insert. This intern creates it's own issues as when you go to deploy the blade with the screw that tight it will inevitably bring out all your other keys, and when you go to fold it back the keys it pushes them out the back forcing you to push the keys back with your finger towards quite a sharp razor blade. Something like a leaf spring with a bump and putting a divot in the insert or a spring similar to the ones in their knife inserts could remedy this problem and make this an absolute no brainer tool. As it stands after years of carrying knives and pistols this is the most anxiety inducing tool I've every carried.

Hard to assemble.
I don’t know where to begin with this item, the idea was great, I really looked forward to having it on my Keybar. But…the directions were minimal on how to install it, and the blade kept slipping out, I cut my fingers several times.
