Not a strong Lavender scent at all
Tried this in a couple of ways. A few drops in bath water, and in massage. Sadly the aroma had no real Lavender smell.

Anti-mosquito
I bought it for a trip to Thailand as an anti-mosquito repellent (old army method) works great! Lasts long. Just be very careful with skin on forehead- it burns for few minutes.
