uni-ball Vision Needle Rollerball Pens Fine Point Micro Tip, 0.5mm, Black, 12 Pack

I've used these Uniball Vision Needle Rollerball Pens for many years. The black and blue are the best; the ink holds up longer compared to other pens on the market and are very easy to write with.

I love these pens, just the right thickness and so very smooth.

Despite being someone who writes less and less everyday, I still should appreciate the quality, workmanship and finesse in these bad boys (as one could expect from Made In Japan products). Writing is crisp, smudge-free and the 0.7 mm is just right. The ink is dense which makes writing on even poor quality paper a smoother experience, and decrease chance of blotting substantially. I have previously used the 0.5 mm variant and find those to be a tad too thin. I also use these pens exclusively to write lab notes and cheques (both of which need to stand the test of time, water and other spills). The uni-ball Vision Needle Rollerball Pens also last a while - while their longevity be less than a typical ballpoint pen, they last 2-3x times longer than typical gel pens. Finally, if it matters, I prefer these ('roller ball') over the 'pin' type as they seem to resist drops and falls better.

These pens are a pleasure to use. Nice and smooth writing.
