Lid fell off during shipping
When I received the colorputty, the cap had fallen off. The top 1/4" of putty was completely dry. I needed it right when it arrived so I removed the dry putty and was able to use what was below.

How about putting the cap on tight
I couldn’t use it because the cap was off the jar and it was all dried out.
