Rossi the G.O.A.T.
A great read if you like motorcycle racing and MotoGP in particular. It is well written and shows the progress, natural ability, personality and mind games that he used when racing. It was also good to read about his opponents and their opinions whilst racing and afterwards.Go for it.

Fascinating insight in to the GOAT of Moto GP
What a fascinating insight in to the life of the most charismatic and talented Moto GP rider of our time. A warts and all very well researched Biography from birth to near retirement. There was so much I didn't know about my favourite rider of them all. I dreaded hearing the bad as most of my information was based on gossip and rumours but these were dispelled and clarified as not all the whole truth. I knew what a wonderful and talented guy Valentino is but learnt even more that what you see is what you get. No pretentions. Following his career from when it started in '96 I dropped Super Bikes to get so involved with Moto GP in every class because of this man. I discovered what fun and excitement apart from his talent he brought to this sport and have joined the millions who are devoted to him and the sport. The book ends with a wonderful and optimistic view to his future and interviews with all his rivals who know and have ever raced against him. Family friends and admirers from other sports. Thank you for this great and well written biography.

Great read
Bang up to date biography of the world's greatest motorcycle racer, penned by Stuart Barker, the man behind the excellent Barry Sheene and Evel Knievel biogs, amongst others.Barker's experience in writing about motorcycling, and his passion for the sport comes across in a very readable book that's packed with Rossi facts and stats along with a real insight into the Italian's psyche and character.Read this in three nights — it's truly a book that's hard to put down, in more than one sense.

A book about a goat!!
Brilliant read and very hard to put down. I've followed his career from the begining in GPs because he started gp racing as I got into bikes. Definitely worth reading even if you are not a fan but to be honest, who isn't?!?!

Great read!
The book provides detailed past and present history of both Rossi and MotorGP. This has made it easier for me to take a serious interest in the sport. Most importantly, I am amazed by the sacrifices made by riders! A little bit more pics would have been nice but not essential.
