This stethoscope is by far is the best stethoscope, it is lightweight and perfect. The sound is amazing, the way it is used easy on the neck and the fit is wonderful. I would recommend this product to anyone because I love it. Thank you EMI for your product!!!!!!! 5 stars!!!!!

Good price for this product. I have only used sprague rappaport stethoscopes and probably always will. Only thing with this one was it did not come with hard ear pieces (my preference), but these products are somewhat interchangeable so I just switched from my old sprague stethoscope (lasted over 15 years, the one before that was also 15 years). The other thing, I like shorter tube lengths for optimal hearing, so I cut these to suit me (plus, since this is a heavier stethoscope, shorter tubing helps and fits a little better in my pocket). I felt very comfortable modifying this scope because of the low price, I would not want to tinker with a very expensive one. These are durable, and if lost or stolen, not a big financial loss. Someone posted they did not like this due to their hair getting caught in the tubing clips, yes, that can happen. However, it helps if you keep your hair pulled back (for safety and hygiene). It does come with a variety of soft ear pieces, bells, and diaphragms (plus a name tag).

Keep in mind, my color vision isn't quite what it once was but, the color seems to be a bit off. What I received was quite a bit lighter than what I was expecting but, nonetheless, these sterhoscopes have been getting it done for the past 10 years. great instruments for great prices. I will continue using them but this one was intended for a gift.

First, I am not a medical professional, this was purchased for a pre-med student. So if you are a medical professional and lives are on the line this may not be a good option. However if you are a student on a budget it's a great buy. I was very surprised at the quality and abilities of this Stethoscope. It doesn't pinch your head or stab your ears. The tubing is silicon, long, and very flexible. It comes with replacement ear pieces and diaphragms which I have been told is a useful thing to have. I was amazed at how good it was able to pickup sound. I'm sure to a trained professional would say it has it's faults but for a student or teenage doctor wannabe it does the job. I wouldn't recommend it for younger kids as it does amplify sound very well and it would hurt if yelled in to. They sell it in a variety of colors so you can be as unique as you want.

This is a really nice stethoscope. The double tubes really do make for a better audio transfer to your ears. BUT, BIG BUT; if your wanting to take blood pressures using a manual BP cuff, this device is lousy. For BP measurement, you'll need a one sided stethoscope, to keep from having the cuff press hard against the head of this scope or not being able to insert it between the arm cuff and the patient's arm without pain! Hope this helps.
